My teaching approach is to create awareness for the own body by respecting the body's limits - without refraining from challenges. I offer adjustments and modifications of postures according to individual needs so they are suitable for beginners but also for experienced students who look for a challenge.
For all abilities, including beginners
Classes are running continuously during term times, and in the summer term break. The first lesson can be booked and paid individually, so students can decide whether or not they like to commit to a unit of five or seven weeks (which is payable in advance).
