Gallery exhibition: ‘FLUX – When is a painting finished?’ Just as our ever-changing seasons are about to bring us the dramatic transformation and colours of Autumn, an exhibition that has all of this and more, is soon to arrive at Black Swan Arts. Jim Whitty has been in the process of creating new work for the gallery for many weeks now, but instead of reaching a point of completion on his two very large paintings (and breathing a usual sigh of relief that the work is finished), he is just keeping going.
